How it works
Run a Polaris dashboard practice for your clients — a full cash-flow & Profit First dashboard for each one, at advisor pricing, managed from a single place.
What you get
You buy a block of seats. Each seat is a full Voyager plan — the complete Polaris dashboard: live cash flow, Profit First buckets, KPIs, break-even & TIFA, forecasting and budgeting — for one client company you manage.
You connect each client’s QuickBooks yourself (read-only, one click — nothing for them to set up), and manage every client from your Client seats page.
Pricing — the more seats, the lower the rate
Pricing is volume-tiered. Cross a threshold and every seat drops to the lower rate — add one seat and your whole bill can move down a band.
- Start with as few as 1 seat. Volume discounts kick in at 5+ (1–4 seats are full retail). Buy up to 49 self-serve; 50+ is a quick “contact us” for custom pricing.
- Annual saves ~2 months vs paying monthly.
- Seats are billed whether filled or not — a seat is your capacity to onboard a client whenever you’re ready.
- Add or remove seats any time; changes prorate automatically.
Getting started
- Choose your seats and check out — you’ll have your advisor account in minutes.
- Connect each client’s QuickBooks from your Client seats page (one click, read-only).
- Manage everyone in one place — open any client’s dashboard, add or free up seats, and set your office hours.
Billing & price protection
You have one subscription for all your seats. Upgrades, downgrades and seat changes prorate on your next invoice. Secure billing by Stripe; cancel any time.
Price protection: early advisors lock in today’s rates. Any change is limited to once a year, with 30 days’ notice, and tied to inflation (CPI) or a major platform shift — never a surprise.
Who does what
- You own the client relationship. Your dashboards carry a simple “provided by [your business]” credit — your name, front and center.
- Office hours are yours. Set your own session (day, time, host, join link) and your clients see it on their Office Hours page — or turn it off if you don’t run one.
- Support splits cleanly. Setup and general questions come to you; technical issues go to the Polaris team — and your clients can see exactly which is which when they reach out.
When a client leaves
Remove a client and the seat frees up for the next one. You can also invite that client to take over their own dashboard — their data stays exactly where it is (no QuickBooks reconnect), and they simply claim their account. A departing client becomes a direct Polaris customer, and you keep read-only access to help them land.
Common questions
Do my clients need their own QuickBooks subscription?
Yes — Polaris reads from live QuickBooks. You connect it for them (read-only); we never change anything in their books.
Can I white-label it?
Not fully — dashboards stay Polaris-branded with a text credit to your business. No logo upload today.
What if I need more than 49 seats?
Reach out — we’ll set you up with custom volume pricing and help migrating your book.
